The Actor and the Housewife The Actor and the Housewife
by Hale, Shannon
“Becky Jack is a typical Mormon housewife until she stumbles into an unlikely, platonic friendship with handsome Hollywood actor Felix Callahan. This modern fairytale poses the question of what happens when your secret celebrity crush starts to mix with your ordinary, happy home life. This was a delightful read and gave me hope for a friendship with George Clooney!” Avery. Regularly $24; our price $19.20.

Title of Event: DEBORAH SHARP - note: new date
When: Thursday, July 9, 2009 7:00 PM
Location: Inkwood Books
Description: (Rescheduled from original July 30 date.)DEBORAH SHARP will read and sign MAMA RIDES SHOTGUN, the second Mace Bauer mystery (Mama Does Time) by this native Floridian. The setting in cattle and citrus country seldom featured in literature makes this a unique addition to Florida mysteries. Full of colorful characters and comic charm, Mama Rides Shotgun opens as Mama is fixin' to wed husband number 5, and talks Mace into a pre-ceremony adventure that results in, of course, a suspicious death. Author Sharp is as charming as her characters, and the event is sure to be a treat.
